Loady.ai (“Loady.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI dispatch platform and website.

- •Regulatory information: MC# (Motor Carrier number), DOT# (Department of Transportation number)
- •Operational information: Equipment type, home base city and state, lane preferences, rate floors
- •Call recordings: Voice interactions with our AI dispatch system, used to improve service accuracy and resolve disputes
- •Usage data: Log data, IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on site (analytics only)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- •Providing AI dispatch services — matching loads to your equipment, lanes, and preferences
- •FMCSA credential verification — confirming operating authority, MC# status, and insurance
- •Load matching — searching DAT, Truckstop.com, 123Loadboard, and other load sources
- •Service improvement — analyzing usage patterns to improve AI accuracy and dispatch results
- •Communications — sending service updates, launch notifications, and dispatch confirmations
- •Legal compliance — meeting regulatory requirements and responding to lawful requests
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit). We use reputable cloud infrastructure providers with SOC 2 compliance. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
5. Information Sharing
We share your information only in these limited circumstances:
- •Load boards: DAT, Truckstop.com, 123Loadboard — solely for load matching. We share only the minimum information required (equipment type, location, availability).
- •FMCSA: We query FMCSA public records to verify your operating authority. We do not submit your information to FMCSA.
- •Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist with platform operations (hosting, analytics, communications), all bound by data processing agreements.
- •Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
We never sell your personal information to third parties. Period.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus 12 months following any deletion request. Call recordings are retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Usage analytics are retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- •Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
