2. Information we collect

Information you give us. This includes:

• •information about your business, such as your company, fleet, equipment, lanes and preferences;
• •anything you tell us in forms, surveys, emails, texts or calls;
• •account and login details;
• •information from the services you connect to Loady, such as load board accounts.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website or use the Services, we and our partners collect:

• •device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, and the ad or link that brought you to us;
• •information gathered through cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies (see section 4).

Information from other sources. We may receive information from:

• •public sources, such as FMCSA records;
• •services you connect to Loady;
• •our partners, such as advertising and analytics providers.

Calls. Calls with Loady's AI voice dispatcher or with our team may be recorded and transcribed.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• •provide, operate and improve the Services;
• •respond to you, follow up on your requests and schedule calls;
• •learn about your business and its needs, including whether Loady or another of our services could help;
• •send you service messages and occasional updates or marketing (you can opt out of marketing at any time);
• •measure and improve our website, marketing and advertising;
• •keep the Services secure and prevent fraud or abuse;
• •comply with the law.

4. Cookies, pixels and similar technologies

We and third-party partners use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies. These include analytics providers and advertising partners such as Meta. We use them to understand how people use our site, to remember things like the ad that brought you to us, and to measure and improve our ads. These partners may collect information about your visit, sometimes over time and across different websites. They may use it under their own privacy policies, including to show you ads.

When you submit a form on a page where we run ads, we may also send a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address and phone number to advertising partners such as Meta, so they can match your visit to the ad that brought you and measure how our ads perform.

You can control cookies in your browser settings, and ad preferences in your account settings with those partners (for example, Facebook or Instagram). Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

5. How we share information

We share information:

• •with service providers who help us run the Services and our business, such as hosting, databases, email and messaging, customer relationship management, analytics and payments;
• •within AI Venture Holdings, which operates Loady and other software products;
• •with advertising and analytics partners, as described in section 4;
• •with services you direct us to use, such as load boards or other tools you connect;
• •for legal reasons, for example when required by law or to protect rights, safety or property;
• •in a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.

6. Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, we send them only for the purpose you agreed to. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except service providers that deliver our messages.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including legal, accounting and security needs. After that, we delete it or remove what identifies you.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

You can:

• •ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information;
• •unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, using the link in the email;
• •opt out of texts by replying STOP.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We'll handle requests as that law requires. To make a request, email privacy@loady.ai.

10. Children

The Services are for businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
