Loady.ai is an AI dispatcher for owner-operators and small trucking fleets — 1 to 200 trucks. It works the load boards carriers already pay for: it finds loads, ranks each one by what the carrier would take home, shows the math, flags brokers that fail an FMCSA authority check, and can write the broker email for the carrier to review and send. It never books a load without the carrier's OK. Anyone can hear it work on the public demo line, which uses sample loads. Loady is built by AI Venture Holdings LLC and is onboarding its first carriers ahead of a Q3 2026 launch.

Who's behind it

Loady is built by two principals — Mike Morgan, founder, and Devon Spangler, co-founder — under AI Venture Holdings LLC. The formal company structure is being documented.
